What you’ll get up to: Lead and support kitchen teams across up to 10 locations – sharing your knowledge of kitchen skills and kitchen management alike. Work closely with the senior food operations manager and directors on new menu launches – ensuring consistency and quality in your venues. Train and mentor chefs, delivering a culture of excellence .
