Compliance Manager Bournemouth Job type: Permanent, full-time Lester Aldridge have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Compliance Manager to join our friendly Bournemouth-based team. We are looking for someone who can shape, lead, coach and mentor our Compliance Team to continue delivering great customer outcomes while maintaining our high standards of operational compliance. Responsibilities: Shape, lead, coach and mentor our Compliance Team Understand and navigate the legal regulatory landscape Advise on complex compliance queries Identify concerning trends, and present solutions on how to mitigate them Ensure policies, key documents and risk registers are kept up to date Create and drive a continuous improvement culture Qualifications: Professional compliance experience within a law firm Strong experience in people leadership Benefits: ??
