Customer Services Agent (Check-in)

We’re recruiting Customer Service Agents to support check-in operations and ensure a smooth journey for passengers at every step. The Role As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our customer airlines. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting passengers at check-in and with baggage processing Handling reservations and ticketing Boarding flights and greeting arrivals Supporting VIPs and passengers needing special assistance Other customer service related duties as required You will be delivering outstanding customer service while following procedures and maintaining a flexible approach in a dynamic setting. You Will Need To Be: Flexible with shift availability (including early mornings from 3:30 am, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays) Able to commute reliably to the airport when public transport is unavailable A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Eager to learn airline-specific computer systems Process-driven but able to adapt when needed Physically able to lift/move heavy items when required Customer-focused and committed to providing a positive experience Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team What’s On Offer Starting pay of £12.21 per hour (30 hours/week – £19,047.60 per annum) Additional hours available based on operational needs Free on-site parking while on duty Free airport parking for your personal holidays (subject to availability) Discounts on Fred Olsen Holidays Staff discounts at airport retailers, including the Navigator Restaurant and World Duty Free Life assurance and cycle-to-work scheme Full uniform provided Comprehensive training and excellent career development opportunities Please note a pay award for April 2025 is pending agreement.
