The selected candidate will play a crucial role in upholding culinary standards, contributing to the overall excellence of the dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional cuisine. Support the implementation of a refined sharing concept and contribute to kitchen innovation. Demonstrate a strong understanding of kitchen operations and provide oversight as needed. Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain the culinary vision, delivering European/Mediterranean flavours with finesse. Qualifications: Previous experience in a chef or similar role in a Michelin Star Restaurant. Strong leadership and communication abilities within a kitchen setting. Knowledge of European/Mediterranean cuisine is advantageous.
