Software Person will configure software using the provided tools and online help. Epicor Kinetic SSRS Reports BPM’s BAQ’s Dashboards Updateable Dashboards Process Sets Bartender Module UD Fields UD Tables Data Directives Collaborate Gather Person will effectively communicate with business stakeholders to ascertain business requirements as presented. Design Person will create solution suggestions to best utilise the tools at hand. Align Person will work with their departmental managers to tesselate these requirements with other business technology solutions. Deploy Person will deploy the agreed solution whilst aligning with current solutions and planned projects. Outsourcing Person will communicate and sometimes tie in with external resource for managed services for their areas of responsibility.
