Lettings Negotiator

We're looking for a friendly, driven, and service-focused Lettings Negotiator to join the team at a vibrant Build-to-Rent development. If you're passionate about property and love delivering amazing experiences, this is your chance to be part of something more than just lettings - it's about creating a home and community for residents. What you'll be doing: Managing enquiries and welcoming prospective residents on-site Conducting engaging viewings and showcasing apartments amenities Building relationships with prospective tenants and supporting them through the rental process Handling offers, applications, and tenancy progression smoothly Keeping the CRM system up to date with leads, feedback, and status updates Working closely with the onsite team (concierge, maintenance, ops) to ensure a seamless experience You'll be great in this role if you: Have lettings or property experience (Build-to-Rent or PRS is a bonus) Are customer-focused, approachable, and confident Have excellent communication and organisational skills Are tech-savvy with experience using lettings or property management software Work well under pressure and thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment
