We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take the lead on paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and beyond – driving ticket sales and boosting brand awareness for some of the most exciting events in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns Collaborate with creative teams on ad assets Monitor and report on campaign performance A/B test creatives, targeting and landing pages Align campaigns with event strategies and goals What We're Looking For: 3 years’ experience in paid social (Meta, TikTok essential) Strong data and analytical skills Background in events, hospitality or entertainment preferred Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences and dynamic ads Confident working in a fast-moving, creative environment What You’ll Get: Four-day work week Hybrid working in a brand-new Liverpool office (pool tables, bars, darts) Bonus opportunities Complimentary event tickets Regular socials, summer BBQs and trips abroad Enhanced maternity/paternity Extra holidays after 3 years Regular spot prizes, team comps and voucher giveaways The culture is second to none – fun, fast and genuinely supportive.
