Position Summary In this role, you'll serve as the central contact for key clients—primarily Google—while working cross-functionally with internal teams. You will be instrumental in nurturing partnerships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting long-term client success. Your Key Responsibilities Client Partnership Development Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and trust at every stage. Serve as the primary communication bridge between the client and internal departments, ensuring clarity and alignment. Understand client goals, pain points, and business objectives to provide value-driven, personalized solutions. Project Execution and Oversight Lead the planning and execution of client campaigns and projects, guaranteeing deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to manage workflows, overcome challenges, and deliver on client expectations. Track deliverables, monitor progress against objectives, and ensure all KPIs are achieved. Strategic Client Advising Offer business recommendations by analyzing client needs, market movements, and digital strategies. Discover and present opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant services. Provide regular performance evaluations to help clients optimize strategies and maximize success. Internal Collaboration Partner with internal departments such as Product, Sales, Tech, and Marketing to deliver integrated solutions. Support the professional development of junior team members through guidance and mentorship. Analytics & Reporting Generate accurate reports on client performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement. Present data-driven updates to clients, including campaign performance reviews and strategic suggestions. Use analytics to optimize strategies and enhance client satisfaction. Issue Management Resolve client concerns promptly and constructively. Act as mediator to resolve conflicts, aiming for outcomes beneficial to both client and business. Communicate effectively in German and English in all business contexts. Your Profile Fluency in German (native or near-native). Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience with Google or major tech companies is highly valuable. Proven success in managing client relationships and complex projects. Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking in fast-paced environments. Solution-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills. Familiarity with digital marketing or advertising advantageous. Ability to work independently and prioritize in a hybrid environment. Strong command of English for internal communication.
