Position: Restaurant Hostess We are looking for a Restaurant Hostess to join our team at La Terrazza for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, comfortable with challenges, and possesses exemplary customer service skills. Main Duties & Responsibilities Managing telephone reservations Welcoming customers upon arrival Escorting customers to the reserved table Handling guest needs (checkroom service, etc.) Assisting with information requests Requirements At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants Good communication skills Excellent teamwork skills Determination to achieve goals Fluency in English at a professional level, and preferably one additional language Attention to detail Ability to adapt and handle stressful situations calmly Other Requirements Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability Team player attitude Drive to deliver high levels of service, anticipating and exceeding guest and colleague expectations Respectful and inclusive approach towards colleagues of all backgrounds Benefits Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
