Join Your Next Professional Adventure We are seeking a Bordo Sales Ambassador for a leading company in the hospitality sector. Responsibilities: As a Bordo Sales Ambassador, you will be more than a seller: you will become a storyteller capable of transforming every interaction into a memorable experience. You will promote and sell onboard products and services, guiding guests to discover new leisure, wellness, and entertainment opportunities. You will be their point of reference, the ideal guide to suggest tailored offers and maximize every moment onboard. What will you do concretely? Identify potential clients using effective push and pull selling strategies. Leverage your cross-selling and up-selling skills to increase sales and create value. Know your clientele well and enthusiastically narrate the wonders offered by the ship. Be present at multiple touchpoints onboard, applying the best communication and sales techniques. Who are we looking for? A bright individual with a diploma or degree (preferably in tourism, languages, or humanistic disciplines). At least 1 year of experience in sales or retail. Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (level C1), plus a third language among German, French, or Spanish (minimum B2). Strong communication skills, customer orientation, time management abilities, and a strong team spirit. Why apply?
