What You Can Expect Assist in planning, executing, and reconciling logistics for events—virtual, physical, or hybrid—as well as sales & marketing meetings and congresses. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the events environment, including skills and industry knowledge to organize events from start to finish. Prepare event budgets, conduct research, and analyze post-event activities. Support the design and facilitation of educational experiences for healthcare professionals. How You'll Create Impact Organize and participate in developing meeting goals and objectives in accordance with MedTech Europe guidelines and Zimmer Biomet’s compliance standards. Assist in planning for events and booth development at congresses. Prepare and manage event budgets, including preliminary, working, and final budgets. Negotiate contracts with hotels, conference centers, vendors, and service providers. Manage interactions with technology vendors for digital events, ensuring expectations are met. Focus on on-site execution to enhance customer experience. Ensure event outcomes align with corporate goals and objectives. Develop event materials, manage logistics such as F&B, schedules, housing, and participant registration. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, vendors, and healthcare professionals. Handle post-event tasks including invoicing, expense analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with educators and marketing teams to deliver educational plans. Assist with administrative tasks related to engagement orders and financial systems. Ensure participant registration accuracy through CVENT. Conduct learning needs analysis to tailor educational content effectively. Communicate regularly with project teams to meet goals and objectives. What Makes You Stand Out Education: Degree in commercial education, apprenticeship, or similar, preferably in the meeting and congress industry. Experience: 3-5 years in meeting and congress planning; a blend of education and experience considered. Skills: Proficiency with standard software, strategic program management skills. Languages: Fluency in English required; additional languages are advantageous. Your Background Strong communication skills in English. Excellent organizational and motivational abilities. Customer service orientation and team management skills. Interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems proactively. Proven success in education management roles. Knowledge of orthopedic products is a plus. Travel Expectations 30% or more EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability J-18808-Ljbffr
