This family medicine practice is 50 min from an Indiana metro and have a large in-house referral system across multiple specialties. You will have autonomy in your practice, a voice in this organization, and a work/life balance that physicians search their entire career to find. Not to mention you will be paid handsomely for what you bring to the table. The ideal candidate is a BC/BE Family Medicine with an active Indian license or the means to obtain an Indiana license.
