Job Details Job Location: Easton Warehouse - Easton, PA Position Type: Seasonal Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.00 Hourly Job Shift: Graveyard Description The Seasonal Facilities Assistant performs daily facility operations responsibilities to assist the Facilities Manager and staff members such as the set-up/teardown of informal recreation activities, reservations, and events, completing facility walkthroughs, and completing headcounts. The Seasonal Facilities Assistant position will assist with maintaining a safe and enjoyable facility environment while serving as the first point of contact for access control for the facility. What You'll Do Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Empty all trash receptacles Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable Other tasks as assigned Duties are performed both inside and outside in varying temperatures including heat, cold, and sometimes wet or humid conditions. Exposure to occasionally high background noise is probable. What You'll Need Minimum of 1 years of direct experience in facilities maintenance Experience at a mid to large size company Be a team player Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment Willing to step in to assist beyond general responsibilities Able to take initiative and be proactive vs. reactive Ability to lift 35 lbs Custodial experience is a plus A keen eye for detail Work Environment Duties are performed both inside and outside in varying temperatures including heat, cold, and sometimes wet or humid conditions. Exposure to high background noise is probable. Physical Requirements for Performing Essential Duties Sitting/Standing/Walking: Approximately 95% of the time is spent in varying work areas where standing and walking are required. 5% of time spent in an office environment. Speaking/Hearing: Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with co-workers and subordinates Vision: Ability to visualize items around the work area, able assess weights, and judge distances and heights.
