Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Omaha, NE for a Production Underwriter, E&S. The Production Underwriter will be responsible for evaluating and underwriting risks for commercial properties and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Daily tasks include assessing risk factors, determining appropriate pricing, liaising with agents and brokers, and contributing to the development of new insurance products. The role also involves maintaining and expanding relationships with clients and partners. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills required to assess and underwrite risks Experience in Insurance and Underwriting Knowledge of Inland Marine and Employee Benefits is beneficial Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using insurance-related technology and data analysis tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred Minimum 3 years in underwriting, preferably with E&S or wholesale brokerage experience
