Chief Financial Officer

Hardesty, LLC, on behalf of our client, a $30MM Manufacturer of Marine and Recreation Equipment , is searching for a Chief Financial Officer . The ideal candidate will be a hands-on CFO with manufacturing, inventory management, and M&A experience. The CFO is responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the PE and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations in a leveraged environment. A VP of Finance ready for the next step in their career will be considered Key Experience Hands-on is a must for this role M&A Inventory Management PE reporting Responsibilities Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to Executive Management Support the financial planning and analysis efforts Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits Prepare financial statements and reports Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions Manage relationships with banks and credit facilities Qualifications Strong finance-based analytical skills 7 - 10 years of manufacturing experience CPA or MBA preferred but not required
