Job Title : General Manager Department : Operations Location : Coorg, Karnataka Salary: 60000-80000 Role Overview : As the General Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including guest services, revenue management, team leadership, and strategic planning. You will ensure that the cluster operates at optimal performance while delivering world-class experiences that reflect our brand promise. Key responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Oversee daily cluster operations including housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services. Ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service standards. Financial Leadership: Drive profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop department heads and team members to achieve their full potential. Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Guest Experience: Uphold the highest levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring service excellence, rapid issue resolution, and personalization. Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for innovation, partnerships, and expansion. Lead change initiatives to improve operational efficiency and guest loyalty. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all statutory regulations and safety standards are met and exceeded. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in hotel operations, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role (preferably as a GM). Strong understanding of revenue management, budgeting, and P&L. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Passion for delivering unparalleled guest service. Exposure to both branded and independent properties is a plus. Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
