PhysicsWallah is hiring for a Hostel Incharge role Experience - 1-3 Year as campus incharge/hostel incharge/hostel warden Location - Kota, Rajasthan Compensation 3.6lpa Hostel Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of the student hostel. The Warden will ensure a safe, disciplined, and comfortable living environment for students, while maintaining order and promoting a positive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be proactive, empathetic, and well-organized. Key Responsibilities: Supervise hostel facilities, ensuring cleanliness, security, and safety. Manage student check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations. Enforce hostel rules and regulations, promoting discipline and respect. Address student concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance as needed. Ensure students’ wellbeing, offering support for health and personal issues. Communicate with parents/guardians about student welfare when required. Coordinate with maintenance and security teams to address any issues promptly. Organize recreational and social activities to foster a collaborative community.
