Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Marketing Head to lead the demand and pipeline generation for our AI Agent platform and services business. Our geographic focus is on the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the marketing and branding vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative product to market. Key Responsibilities: B2B Pipeline / Demand generation (Key metric: TOFU and MOFU): Develop and generate leads across BFSI, Retail, Travel & Hospitality leaders in the customer support, tech and sales Digital Marketing: Own and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored for the US B2B market. This includes performance marketing (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting), organic growth strategies, email marketing, content syndication, and website optimization. You will be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel (TOFU) awareness and generating qualified marketing leads across enterprise verticals such as BFSI, Retail, Travel & Hospitality. You'll collaborate closely with product and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and revenue goals. SEO & Content Strategy: Develop and lead a robust SEO strategy to improve our organic visibility and domain authority in key target areas such as AI Agents, customer service automation, LLM applications, and more. You’ll work alongside content creators and technical teams to build and scale content hubs, keyword-targeted landing pages, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces that resonate with enterprise decision-makers and technical buyers. Deep understanding of technical SEO and content ROI measurement is a plus. Industry Events & Webinars: Identify and lead participation in strategic conferences, webinars, and industry forums that align with our brand and customer base. From concept to execution, you will manage booth presence, speaker opportunities, and follow-up campaigns to maximize lead capture and conversion. You will also conceptualize and host proprietary events and roundtables — both virtual and in-person — to position the brand as a thought leader and build meaningful industry relationships. Strategic Partnerships: Establish and scale marketing-driven partnerships with complementary technology platforms, industry associations, and ecosystem players to expand reach and generate co-marketing opportunities. You'll be responsible for evaluating partnership ROI, coordinating joint GTM campaigns, and managing relationship pipelines to drive mutual value and increased brand awareness. Requirements: 8 years of marketing and growth experience for the US B2B market, preferably in AI or SaaS, or tech platform companies. Prior experience in early-stage startups is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Hands-on individual contributor Basic understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning principles. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
