Sr. Associate / AVP – Investment Banking - upto 40 LPA - Noida, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune

We are currently hiring for a globally reputed and distinguished investment bank with over 13 years of strong performance history. Key stakeholders include global financial institutions, PE fund houses, pension funds, FoFs, and DFIs. The experienced team comes from leading banks, fund houses, and diverse industries. Sector experience includes Infrastructure, Energy, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Pharma, Real Estate, Logistics, FMCG, Shipping, and IT. Role Summary: The Sr. Associate / AVP will be a core member of the deal execution team. This role offers exposure to the full life cycle of deals across structured finance, project finance, M&A, equity fundraises, and capital markets—both in India and globally. It is designed to groom the candidate for independent deal execution. Key Responsibilities: Execute transactions including financial modelling, pitch books, IMs, and benchmarking Coordinate with clients and investors, manage document/information flows Support due diligence with Big4, legal, and valuation teams Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables Mentor analysts and support business development teams with research Required Experience: 8 years overall with at least 3 years in investment banking roles Must have independently prepared financial models and coordinated with clients and investors In-depth knowledge of IB products (Corporate Finance, PE, etc.) Education: MBA, CFA, or CA Skills & Attitude: Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills Self-starter with high aptitude and industry awareness Industry Background: Investment Banking or Investment Advisory experience is mandatory
