The Opportunity We are looking for Sales Manager to drives business growth and achieves sales targets across the GIN market (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal) for the full One FoodTech portfolio , engaging with both multinational and local firms. Develops and executes strategic plans aligned with corporate goals, leveraging market insights to expand targeted segments. Manages key accounts to strengthen relationships with current and potential customers. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Applications, and Customer Care. Maintains regular reporting by updating weekly progress and monthly sales pipelines to ensure transparency and performance tracking. Skilled in building strong internal and external partnerships to support sustained market growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify the major duties and tasks accomplished by this position. E/N Duties and Responsibilities To handle the sales of entire one FoodTech portfolio Develop a broader understanding of the local business, markets, products and competitors Foster strong relationship with existing customers and capitalize new business opportunities within the customer base Research, identify and penetrate into new business sectors and new customer base Manage JBT product growth strategy within “country”. Key products include Preservation systems, Pune MBU range, SF&DS, FJS ,Avure and FTNON Penetrate into the territories with new business development, Ensure high customer satisfaction Identify, develop and execute sales and marketing programs Handles customer requests, contracts, returns, allowances and price negotiations Present ideas on how to maintain and grow local market share Have a good technical / business understanding of the complete product ranges and markets that JBT businesses participate Prepare and submit Weekly & monthly Forward Sales Forecast and Market Activities Reports Qualifications: Team player, working closely with other Sales and Aftermarket supports as a team Pro-active, skilled in searching for new customers and new businesses Customers orientated, with the ability to understand customer’s business. Independent, reliable, self-starter, honest, diligent. Excellent communicator Working Environment: Primary work takes place in office and production floor environment (JBT offices and customer office and sites/production floor), in Food Processing plants and traveling (during transit and in hotels). To communicate with people all over the world it will occasionally require working during early mornings or late evenings in case telephone meeting need to be scheduled with people from various locations. Food processing areas may be wet, slippery, noisy, warm, cold, odorous and require heavy lifting; all requiring appropriate personal protection devices, procedures and/or equipment.
