Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Job role : a) Making sure projects open on time b) Filling any gaps between consultants and site project manager c) Administrative responsibility for each site. d) Making sure the design is efficient in terms of construction e) provide transparency to ceo on timing and costs. Either civil engineer or architect, must have atleast 10 years experience. Must be currently working for commercial/hospitality projects, not residential.
