About the Job We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager to lead and execute high-impact events and engagement initiatives across both online and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end event planning, vendor coordination, and seamless collaboration with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution: End-to-end management of internal and external events – including partner meets, offsites, webinars, and corporate gatherings. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to align event objectives and ensure smooth execution. Budget Management: Handle event budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality. Vendor & Venue Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, logistics, and venue/hotel bookings. Process Management: Maintain clear timelines, ensure execution quality, and drive consistent communication throughout event planning and delivery. Who We Are Looking For 3–5 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or operations. Strong skills in project coordination, planning, and stakeholder management. Prior experience in vendor coordination, logistics, and budget ownership. Ability to multitask, work in high-energy environments, and adapt to evolving priorities. Why Join Us?
