Role Overview We’re seeking an ace Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our elite, two-person development team alongside a top-class Indian developer. You’ll build and maintain the SaaS application powering CordiantOne, ensuring a polished, scalable, and user-centric experience for US hoteliers. What You’ll Do - Design and Develop : Architect and implement a responsive front-end (React, TypeScript) and robust back-end (Node.js, PostgreSQL/MySQL) for CordiantOne’s SaaS platform. - Ensure Excellence : Write clean, type-safe, and maintainable code to deliver a world-class user experience, integrating seamlessly with AI-driven features. - Optimize Performance : Leverage Redis for caching, optimize database queries, and ensure scalability for thousands of concurrent users. - Collaborate Closely : Partner with our lead developer and founder to align on technical vision, iterate fast, and ship high-quality features. - Drive Impact: Take ownership of end-to-end features, from UI design to API development, in a lean, agile team. What We’re Looking For - T echnical Mastery: - 5 years of full-stack development experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. - Proven expertise in building SaaS applications with RESTful APIs, Redis, and Git workflows. - Strong front-end skills (CSS, responsive design) and back-end proficiency (secure APIs, database optimization). - Problem-Solving : Exceptional debugging skills and a knack for elegant, pragmatic solutions. - Proactivity: A self-starter who takes initiative, proposes optimizations, and thrives in a small, high-trust team. - Communication : Excellent English and collaborative mindset, comfortable with remote work and async tools (Slack, GitHub, Jira). - US Market Alignment : Experience delivering polished, user-centric applications for US or global clients is a plus. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
