Sr. Consultant - Interior Designer

In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for space planning, creating architecture and construction drawings, interior design, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure To own Customer Experience during a project To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables. Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard) Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details) Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customer Manage all project deliverables while ensuring timelines are met. Oversee technical aspects of projects, collaborating with project managers and design team members on concept development and execution. Utilize design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering or Revit) to create kitchen, wardrobe layouts, and home elevations. Interact with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present customized interior layouts. Coordinate with partner brands to procure products. Prepare cost estimates and quotations for clients. Supervise technical teams remotely, with occasional site visits for experience and oversight. Qualifications: For applying to this role, previous experience of a minimum 2 years in a modular kitchen company is mandatory. 2-3 years of experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality design. Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, and SketchUp. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
