Job Profile: Human Resource Assistant Company: La Pyramid Hospitalities Pvt. Ltd. Location: Corporate Office, Ambala Cantt Department: Human Resources Position Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Assistant to support the daily functions of our HR department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, HR documentation, onboarding processes, and coordination of HR projects. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies). Assist in the onboarding and induction process of new hires. Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and exit paperwork. Support payroll processing and leave/attendance management. Coordinate and assist in organizing HR initiatives. Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures. Maintain HR databases and generate reports when required. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ambala Cantt. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Administration skills Experience in Benefits Administration and HRIS Training and Development skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
