About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer with expertise in SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, and a strong understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, and standard dimensions. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in designing and executing high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development to execution. Create detailed 3D models and renderings using SketchUp & V-Ray. Develop and present mood boards, material palettes, and design concepts to clients. Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD. Ensure all designs comply with ergonomic standards, standard dimensions, and space planning principles. Collaborate with architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of designs. Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee project progress and resolve design-related issues. Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 5-7 years of experience in interior design, preferably in hospitality, residential, or commercial projects. Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting. Ability to create high-quality 3D visualizations and photorealistic renderings. Excellent understanding of design ergonomics, standard dimensions, and spatial planning. Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions. Ability to manage multiple projects, work under deadlines, and lead a team effectively. Preferred Skills Experience in hospitality and high-end residential projects. Knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Lumion) is a plus. Understanding of project costing and budgeting.
