Position: Senior Trainer Location: Chennai-based with frequent travel to Bengaluru and other cities Company: Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream We are looking for an experienced Senior Trainer who will play a critical role in onboarding, training, and certifying our frontline and store leadership teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s passionate about people, process, and delivering consistent training across all our stores. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training programs for new joiners: Associates, Senior Associates, and Shift Managers Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure every employee is well-versed in Amadora SOPs, values, and service standards Evaluate and certify staff for readiness at each level: Associate → Senior Associate → Shift Manager Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to identify training gaps and develop solutions Maintain training records and reports for all locations Travel to stores across cities to deliver in-person training and conduct evaluations Who You Are: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality operations and training Strong understanding of QSR or food retail operations Excellent communication and people skills Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable being on the move Passionate about elevating team performance through structured training If you’ve trained teams, run stores, and love being on the floor—this role is for you.
