We help traveler's find curated vacation homes, guest houses, and service apartments across India. As we expand our footprint in Goa, we are looking for passionate individuals who can help us onboard high-quality properties onto the Spoto platform. Role Overview As a Property Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding vacation rentals and short-term stay properties in Goa. You’ll play a key role in expanding Spoto’s listings and building strong relationships with property owners. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify potential vacation homes, guest houses, and service apartments suitable for listing. Sales & Convincing: Approach property owners, present the Spoto value proposition, and close onboarding deals. Onboarding Management: Ensure all property information, photos, and compliance documents are collected and uploaded accurately. Site Visits: Conduct physical inspections to verify property quality and readiness. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with property owners and partners. Reporting: Regularly update the team on progress, challenges, and successes. QualificationsExperience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, travel, or hospitality industry. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities. Leadership qualities with a proactive attitude. Problem-solving skills and ability to think on the feet. Self-motivated and comfortable with fieldwork and travel. Other Requirements: Must be based in Goa or willing to relocate. Should have access to a two-wheeler for local travel (travel allowances provided). Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
