Join us in revolutionizing hospitality supply chains Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalogue Executive to manage and optimize our product listings. You will ensure accurate data entry, category structuring, and seamless updates, helping our customers access the best products effortlessly. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a portfolio of products specifically tailored to the HORECA industry (for eg ; Food and Non- Food Products). Conduct market research to understand current trends in the HORECA space and identify new product opportunities. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure a steady supply of products and competitive pricing. Develop and maintain product catalogs, ensuring all product details are accurate and up-to-date. Monitor and analyze product performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize sales and profitability. Optimize product listings with relevant descriptions, keywords, and images to improve online visibility and SEO ranking. Coordinate product promotions, sales events, and digital marketing strategies to boost online sales. Analyze and report on e-commerce sales performance, identifying key trends and areas for improvement. Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and returns/exchanges via online channels. Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of products and manage stock levels across multiple platforms. Forecast demand based on sales trends, seasonality, and market insights, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess inventory. Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to streamline delivery processes and reduce lead times for B2B customers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA industry clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the products and services provided. Understand clients' business needs and recommend the best products, tailored to their operations. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that client expectations are met regarding product offerings and order fulfillment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in product catalogue management , preferably in hospitality or B2B platforms . Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms . Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks effectively. Why Join Us?
