Supply Chain Executive

Position: Supply Chain Executive Location: Bengaluru Company: Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream is expanding, and we’re looking for a Supply Chain Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods from our central factory to our stores — with a sharp focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Key Responsibilities: Manage receiving, dispatch, and stock movement for all Bengaluru stores Coordinate daily stock transfers from central warehouse to stores Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders proactively Conduct store audits to ensure inventory compliance and FIFO practices Liaise with store managers to understand demand patterns and supply needs Manage cold chain logistics, ensuring temperature standards are maintained during transit Track and report stock wastage, damages, and expiries Collaborate with the central production and supply teams for order planning Assist in coordinating third-party logistics partners where needed Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock on ERP or stock sheets Who You Are: 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics , preferably in QSR, food retail, or hospitality Familiar with cold chain logistics and perishable goods handling Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and basic inventory management tools Able to work early mornings if needed for dispatches Strong communication skills to coordinate between multiple teams Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate This is a full-time, field-intensive role where you’ll be an integral part of Amadora’s mission to deliver premium ice cream experiences — fresh and on time — across the city.
