Job Description
Core Responsibilities: Booking and Itinerary Management: Managing and coordinating bookings for flights, trains, hotels, and other transportation. Negotiation and Cost Management: Negotiating rates with vendors to secure the best deals and ensure cost-effective travel arrangements. Communication and Coordination: Keeping employees informed about their travel plans, handling communication with travel partners, and resolving any travel-related issues. Visa and Formalities: Assisting with visa applications and other necessary travel documentation. Expense Management: Maintaining and approving travel expenses, working with the finance department. Travel Policy Compliance: Ensuring that all travel arrangements adhere to company policies and procedures. Additional Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Building and maintaining relationships with travel vendors. Problem Solving: Addressing travel-related issues such as cancellations, changes, and emergencies. Communication and Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to employees and addressing their travel needs and concerns. Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in the travel program and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of travel expenses, itineraries, and other relevant information.
