To know more about us visit: https://thebingetown.com/ We are opening our first branch in Chennai and we required a city manager with expertise and experience in hospitality and event management industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site City Manager role located in Chennai at The Binge Town . CTC: 4.8 LPA The City Manager will be responsible for: Identifying and setting up of new branches, hiring required staff and optimizing operations. Business head for TN region, managing multiple locations Overseeing P&L, implementation of SOPs, and optimizing day to day operations Identifying and suggesting improvements of operations Reporting to higher management. Leading a team of branch Managers and shift managers. Candidates should lead & motivate the team to achieve organizational goals. Encompassing tasks like setting goals, delegating tasks, problem-solving, and ensuring effective communication and performance CTC: 4.8 LPA Qualifications Graduation is mandatory, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is an added advantage. Minimum 2 yr experience in hospitality, event management or any other service industry company. Proficiency in English, Tamil & Hindi is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Candidate should be open to one week of in-person training in Bangalore.
