For more info, visit our website: www.coats.com Job Purpose For taking care of administration activities and ensuring upkeep, improvement activities in Security, Factory Canteen, Transport – shuttle bus & taxi/travel arrangements for employees, Telephone, Transit house (guest house), Mill residential Area (Quarters), facility upkeep – cleaning & maintenance of campus, rest rooms, garden in factory and colony. Key Result Areas Upkeep of facility – Mill premises and colony – Safe and Clean Maintenance and upkeep, taking care of canteen activities – Food Safety, Hygiene. Employee commuting safety concerning shuttle bus, taxi/travel arrangements Shuttle bus route planning, allocation Room/house allotment and maintenance of transit house (guest house), residential area (quarters) Monitoring factory admin overheads cost and controlling – Security, Canteen, Transportation, and Cleaning. Knowledge, Competencies, and Key Behaviours Required MBA or MSW qualifications with 5 years of experience in the field of administration and maintenance of factory canteen, guest houses, residential quarters, rest rooms etc., Qualification and experience in hotel, hospitality management, and food safety are preferred. People management skills to lead a team of 150 employees (workforce, analysts, team leaders) Awareness/ability to learn local areas, shuttle bus routes Ability for van route planning and optimization. Experience of handling employee canteen – quality inspections on groceries/incoming materials, safe and hygiene practices for canteen employees, knowledge of food safety / FSSAI rules, planning resources, stock management, and training employees. Knowledge on legal requirements related to the Factories Act, TN Factory rules in maintaining canteen, restroom, retiring rooms etc., Excellent communication and team motivation skills. Knowledge in SAP, in the relevant transactions. Knowledge of Health and safety standards and laws.
