Role Overview We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Pune . This is a key role focused on identifying new business opportunities , nurturing client relationships , and developing strategies to fuel sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is a natural connector and strategist, passionate about branded merchandise and client success. Responsibilities Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and exceptional service Prepare compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and industry trends Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals and client expectations Track key sales metrics , analyze performance, and report insights to senior leadership Collaborate with internal teams including design, production, and logistics to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to adjust strategies proactively Qualifications 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or market research Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive long-term revenue growth Experience managing client accounts and cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with sales tracking tools and CRM systems Background in the promotional products, apparel, or merchandising industry is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Why Join Us?
