Food Server

Candidates from the Hospitality Industry will be preferred Highly motivated, he should provide a warm, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered and maintained at all times in line with our guest expectations. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Anticipate and fulfill the needs of the Founder and high-profile guests with a focus on detail and personalized service. Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a refined, attentive manner that aligns with high standards of presentation and etiquette. Set and clear tables with precision and attention to detail, following fine dining standards. Provide full meal service, from plating dishes to pouring drinks, ensuring each experience is tailored to guests’ preferences. Maintain knowledge of beverages, including pairings, mixology, and proper serving techniques. Support the pantry staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses. Make required adjustments as needed and relay that information to the appropriate personnel. Ensure each course is cleared and tables are properly crumbed. Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed. Monitor tableware to ensure it is presentable to guests. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
