Assistant Vice President| Business Solutions| Commercial Leasing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our growing commercial real estate team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B sales, commercial real estate market (preferably), excellent networking skills, and a passion for deal-making. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial real estate Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and corporate tenants Work collaboratively with transactions team to align business goals Research market trends, competitors, and client needs to position offerings effectively Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the firm and generate leads Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and marketing materials to potential clients Manage sales pipeline to track outreach, follow-ups, and results Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance metrics and business development strategies.
