The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, improving process efficiency, and managing management information systems (MIS) to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Supervise end-to-end operations at airport F&B outlets ensuring smooth daily functioning. Design, manage, and optimize MIS reports to track performance metrics and KPIs. Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and operational efficiency. Analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with airport regulations and food safety standards. Work closely with finance and inventory teams to align operational and financial planning. Lead SOP development and team training to maintain high service standards. Requirements: MBA in Finance from a reputed institute. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operations and MIS, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality sector. Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Experience in managing high-footfall, high-paced environments like airports is a plus. Excellent communication and team management skills.
