What We’re Looking For: A visionary Business Development Head to lead our next growth phase. Business Growth & Revenue: Drive sponsorships, partnerships, vendor onboarding & D2C brand engagement Expand into new markets & revenue channels (digital, merch, experiences) Boost ticket sales through strategic initiatives Lead a lean, high-performing BD team Set KPIs and cultivate a collaborative, innovative work culture 2.
