Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive to join our MICE team in Mumbai. This role involves planning and executing end-to-end logistics for corporate events, meetings, conferences, and incentive travel programs, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience. Day in the Life: Manage visa applications and documentation for corporate clients traveling internationally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements. Liaise with embassy and consular services to ensure timely processing of visa applications. Handle client queries related to visa processing, documentation, and travel requirements with a focus on corporate needs. Assist clients in managing their corporate travel plans by booking air travel, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services. Monitor and ensure all travel documents (visa, passport, and other requirements) are in place for clients, minimizing any risks or delays. Provide guidance and support to clients on visa-related requirements, regulations, and other travel policies. Coordinate with internal teams (such as operations and finance) to ensure the smooth delivery of services and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with the management team to ensure that all visa-related processes align with company policies and customer expectations. Stay updated on the latest travel trends, visa regulations, and industry best practices to continually improve customer experience and compliance. Assist in resolving issues related to travel disruptions and visa rejections, working closely with clients and the relevant authorities. You'll Be Perfect For This Role If You Have: 3-5 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically in managing corporate clients and visa-related services. Strong visa processing knowledge for both domestic and international travel. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for travel bookings and visa management. Excellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service. Strong understanding of corporate travel requirements, travel documentation, and visa regulations for various global destinations. A problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering solutions to clients. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
