Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly professional, and dynamic Liaison Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships between our company and key external stakeholders, meetings on daily/ weekly with key clients and facilitate sales, writing, proposals, meeting clients and coordinating all issues related to sales. Reports will need to be prepared; proactive market research networking activity will be essential. Exceptional communication & Computer skills proficiency in Excel & Documentation Job Description: • To Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales enquiries by telephone fax and email complete documentation, proposals to supports sales/ marketing Team. • To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating sites rounds with potential clients • Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the sales head including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up selling. General Duties: • To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to help achieve targets. • To encourage repeat business by networking, liaison, personal initiative for client interaction with current key clients, Govt. Agencies/Decision makers. • To provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses. • To maintain and develop contact with professional bodies and potential clients. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree (required) and Postgraduate degree (preferred) from a recognized university. • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in liaison, public relations, or communication roles within the Aviation, Media, Hospitality, or Telecommunications industries. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders. • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. • Pleasant Personality and willing to travel.
