You’ll be the champion of our local ecosystems —curating hyperlocal experiences and building a vibrant community of hosts who bring our journeys to life. What You’ll Do Scout and onboard passionate local hosts offering unique neighbourhood tours, workshops, and hidden-gem experiences Nurture and grow our host community through regular check-ins, training sessions, and feedback loops Curate and promote hyperlocal experiences tailored to traveller interests and seasonal trends Facilitate communication between hosts and our operations team to ensure high-quality delivery Organize online and in-person meetups to foster human connection Who You Are Experience in community management or partner-success experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, or platforms Deep understanding of local culture and ability to spot compelling experiences Excellent interpersonal skills—empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented Strong project management chops with an eye for detail and process improvement Passion for storytelling and building meaningful connections Why Join Supersquad?
