Job description We are looking for a dynamic individual who can drive Business Development initiatives through technical sales in segments such as process industries, educational institutes, defence organizations, power utilities, oil and gas industries, research, calibration, and test laboratories as well as electrical/electronic manufacturing industries. Primary responsibilities include: Sales for our different product lines in assigned territory Create a business plan and strategy for meeting sales goals Search for new client leads and identify the correct customers in the respective target organizations Ability to work with a cross-functional team and meet targets as a team player Manage relationships with existing customers and the ability to cold call new customers Excellent industry knowledge and information about the latest ongoing projects in the market Frequent traveling to meet customers in the assigned territory Qualifications and Skill Set: B. Tech/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or Science Graduate. Additional MBA qualification will be an added advantage Sales experience relating to Testing, Measurement and Calibration Equipment Team player and problem-solving skills Result-oriented individual Proven track record/work experience as a Sr. Sales Engineer/ Dy.
