Job Description
About the Job We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Engagement Manager to lead and execute high-impact engagement initiatives across both online and offline channels. This role requires someone with excellent organizational and communication skills who can manage end-to-end event execution, handle vendor relationships, and ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams. Key Responsibilities Event Management: Plan, manage, and execute online and offline events from start to finish. Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives and ensure smooth execution. Budget Ownership: Oversee event and engagement budgets, ensuring cost efficiency Vendor & Hotel Management: Handle vendor sourcing, negotiations, logistics, and hotel bookings for events. Process Ownership: Ensure timelines, quality, and communication across every step of planning and delivery. Who We Are Looking For 3–5 years of relevant experience in events, partner engagement, or operations. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and executing events. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities. Why Join Us?
