Role: Assistant Manager - Social Media & Marketing • Location: Gurgaon (On-site) • Type: Full-time We are looking for a creative and dynamic Assistant Manager - Social Media to lead our digital presence and craft compelling stories that engage our audience. This role will be responsible for driving jüSTa’s brand visibility, increasing engagement, and enhancing digital interactions across social platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with jüSTa’s brand vision. Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & other content distribution channels etc.). Create engaging content calendars, campaigns, and digital storytelling . Engage with product team on management of various LOBs on Website/Brand. Plan and oversee paid social media campaigns for maximum reach and ROI. Collaborate with designers, influencers, and content creators for impactful branding. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise engagement and conversions . Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and best practices in the digital landscape.
