Now, we’re looking for a high-energy Experience Partnerships Lead who can help us scale the magic. What You’ll Be Owning: Pitch & Sell premium experiences to corporates, startups, and HR teams for team outings, bonding retreats, and offsites. Build Strategic Partnerships with iconic venues, creators, and experience providers to co-create new offerings on Alive. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and growing repeat business. Collaborate with marketing to position experiences that excite and convert. Work closely with the ops team to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to execution. ✨ What We’re Looking For: 5-8 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development (bonus if you’ve sold to HR/People teams). You’re a natural relationship-builder — sharp on calls, smooth in DMs, and a closer when it counts. Passionate about events, travel, experiences, or hospitality. You love startups, hustle without drama, and think creatively to solve problems.
