As a family-run business, Edibles offers a warm and friendly service to its customers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Edibles located in Kochi. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, assisting with menu creation, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Qualifications Strong culinary skills with expertise in various cooking techniques Experience in menu creation and food presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices Excellent time management and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role Culinary degree or relevant certification
