Roles and Responsibilities Mindstix is looking for a talented Product Experience Designer to join our innovative team. One who is a craftsmen, design-oriented individual who enjoys crafting creative and innovative designs which boost the user experience, engagement and drive meaningful outcomes. Plus contribute to creating user-centric products that push the boundaries of digital innovation. User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. UX Artifacts: Synthesize the research into intuitive personas, empathy maps, user flows, information architectures, etc. to guide the design thinking process and further decision-making Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders. UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly UI elements, including layouts, typography, color palettes, and icons. User Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve the overall user experience. Cross-Sector Design: Design across multiple verticals - Enterprise, Retail, Hospitality, Banking, Sales, Pharma, etc. Efficient Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. Trend Tracking: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Qualifications and Skills Design Mastery: 2 years of experience in product design or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer or similar. User-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies. Creative Vision: The ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative design solutions. Personal Drive: A passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. Meticulous Craftsmanship: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
