Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Engineer, located in Navi Mumbai, India. The Interior Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on-site, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with civil engineers and other team members. Day-to-day tasks will include supervising construction processes, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining communication with project stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in on-site management and overseeing construction activities Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders Expertise in quality control to ensure construction standards are met Solid understanding of structural engineering principles Background in civil engineering or related fields Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
