We are rapidly expanding and looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead and manage our outlets in Bangalore. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager with 10 years of experience in the hotel or restaurant industry. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 5 outlets, driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building high-performing teams. This role also involves strategic planning, budget management, and marketing initiatives to optimize the performance of each location. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability across all outlets. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure top-tier service quality and create a welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build a cohesive team to deliver outstanding performance. Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations of the outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and SOPs. Budget & Cost Management : Manage budgets, control operational costs, and improve profitability. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop long-term business strategies and growth plans. Marketing Initiatives : Work closely with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns and build brand visibility. Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate outlet performance, providing actionable insights and solutions to improve overall results. Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Key Requirements : Minimum 10 years of experience in managingp QSR restaurants or hotels. Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Expertise in budget management, cost control, and financial planning. Strategic thinker with experience in marketing and promotions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple outlets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
