As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Define the overall framework and boundaries for technical solutions, including tool and platform options based on TDB and the technology strategy (including SaaS) Provide a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability Maintain proper architecture documentation and catalogs, ensuring their accuracy Define high-level tech strategy, vision, and roadmap (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning with domain strategies Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log Document tech strategies, including high-level targets at the domain level Engage with the business community on programme discoveries Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over current platforms Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analysis Support the Product Community in ensuring delivery outcomes Stay informed of changes within delivery teams without hierarchical domain authority over Solution Architects Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution Maintain platform integrity in all delivery outcomes Create a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies Promote frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events Enhance the current architecture framework for our Java and Angular-based platform You will have the opportunity to work for a company undergoing significant change to become the world's leading travel services provider.
